Important AnnouncementDue to overwhelming interest and response from many graduates from many countries the Organizing Committee has negotiated with Hilton Hotel to add additional tables for the dinner event. We will be adding 4-6 tables to accommodate up to 480 attendees. These tables may need to be placed just outside the main dinner room for our reunion in the foyer. The Organizing Committee members agreed to have their seats assigned to these outside tables to accommodate the graduates attendees, professors and their guests. Those graduates and their guests on the waiting list will be offered these seats and be informed ahead of this new seating arrangement. We do have over 470 listed in our registered and waiting list, and we are still getting email from many who wants to attend. The Organizing Committee apologizes everyone for this inconvenience. To register for the dinner event and is willing to be seated outside please register below and complete the information for yourself and your guest and send it in. It is important to complete all information for all communication purposes. Please contact Eddie Lim from Achiever Vacations Inc. to get confirmation and make arrangement for payment to secure your seat for the reunion dinner event. The Attendees list has been updated also and will be updated periodically. Please check your information and send email to Calvin Tint MD at calvintint@pol.net or Eddie Lim at 2achiever@gmail.com with any incomplete information of yourself and your guest as soon as possible. As announced the 'International Directory' will have your name, place of residence, name of school and year of graduation listed with your photo next to the information. It is important to send these as soon as possible. We would like to have these information by the end of this month. We have been eagerly waiting to hear from our fellow graduates and professors attending from Myanmar. Many of them are in the interview process at the U.S. Embassy in Myanmar and we have confirmation that the embassy has issued visiting visa for one applicant. We are confident that we will see all of them who are registered and some are on the waiting list at this reunion. The Organizing Committee would like to thank everyone for their support and patience to this reunion. We are working hard to make this reunion a very memorable one and to make sure your personal time and expense is well spent. We also hope this Burmese Medical & Dental Graduates Reunion will be hosted at another country, in the near future.

Eddie Lim Registration InstructionsPlease fill out the blanks, print and submit with payment. This information will be used for the reunion and will be kept confidential. The information will be used for the Graduates directory. Those who want to participate in golf tournament and tennis tournament, please kindly fill the form carefully, and include the court fees and green fees per person when registering.
International DirectoryThe BMDG Reunion 2009 Organizing Committee approved the production of an "International Directory" of the graduates who attend the reunion. The directory will include graduates’ full name and title, institute name, graduation year, family/personal information, current address, phone, e-mail address, and photo. Please send in your information by filling out the registration form below. You can also print out the form, fill in the information, and fax it back to Eddie Lim at Achiever Travel. To send in your photo, please attach your photo in jpeg format via e-mail to Eddie Lim at 2achiever@gmail.com. The deadline to have you listed in the "International Directory" is July 31st, 2009.
